Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old and that you accept these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control. This license does not transfer any ownership of the App to you.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the automation scenarios you create and run. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate the rights of others.
• Automate actions that disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system or service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the App without our written permission.

4. Accounts and Macroony Pro

Some features require an account or a Macroony Pro subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are subject to the pricing shown at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual property

The App, the Service, and all related content, trademarks, and software are owned by Macroony and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The scenarios and data you create remain yours.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the App's automation features at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macroony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Republic of Korea.
