This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a Macroony Pro purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued through Paddle.

1. Overview

Macroony Pro is a one-time annual purchase ($19.99), valid for one year from the purchase date with no automatic renewal. Because there is no recurring subscription, there is nothing to cancel — your access simply ends at the end of the one-year term.

2. Digital product

Macroony Pro is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase. Even though it is digital content, we voluntarily offer a full 30-day refund as described below.

3. Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of whether you have used the Pro features. No questions about usage will be asked. After 30 days, refunds are not available except where the service is faulty or does not work as described.

4. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined in the following cases:

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase (except for faulty service).
  • The account was suspended or terminated for a breach of our Terms of Service.
  • The purchase was made through a third party other than our official checkout.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at the address below with the following details. We will review your request and respond within a few business days.

  • Send to macroony790@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request".
  • Include your order or receipt ID from the Paddle confirmation email.
  • Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
